The core of our service is centred around our individual health and lifestyle assessments. Everything we do with you will be on a “one to one” basis, giving you confidential and professional advice regarding all aspects of your fitness regime.
Vana Health & Wellness provides the latest top of the range cardiovascular equipment which is complemented by a large range of resistance machines and free weights.
We are heavily focused on the relationship between our fitness consultants and you our clients. It’s our goal to make sure your time with us is not only well spent, but also allows you to work out in a relaxed and professional atmosphere.
Membership and access to our gym is for anyone over the age of 15 years.

Monday to Friday: 6am to 9pm
(last entrance to the club is at 8pm)
Weekends & bank holidays: 8am to 8pm
(last entrance is 7pm)
