​Sean Horwood
Sean has worked with some of the best chefs in a number of AA rosette and Michelin-starred restaurants.  So it’s unsurprising that the hotel’s Restaurant has earned two AA rosettes of its own. Sean's brother James is also the hotels Sous Chef.  The a la carte menu showcases the freshest seasonal produce, featuring elegant and imaginative dishes.

    Monday to Saturday 12pm ~ 2pm
    Sunday 12pm ~ 5:30pm

  • Dinner
    Monday to Saturday 6pm ~ 9:30pm
    Sunday Closed - (Bar food available)
