Chef de Partie

Working hours: 42
Christmas Off, Gym Membership included

Main Duties

  • To assist the Head Chef and Sous Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen, and assist in the running of the kitchen in their absence.
  • To maintain the standard of cooking set by the Head Chef for all meals in restaurant, bedrooms & banqueting service.
  • To be responsible for own section within the kitchen and keeping it clean .
  • To ensure along with the Head Chef that EHO regulations are adhered to and documentation is recorded.
  • To assist in compiling menus when required, keeping the cost within the agreed GP.
  • To follow correct portion sizes and presentation as set out by the Head Chef.
  • To maintain stock rotation of raw and cooked ingredients.
  • To be flexible and willing to cover any section or function within the kitchen.

Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £23,500.00 per year
