All rates are per room per night and include VAT at 17.5%. Complimentary use of our Fitness Centre and Swimming pool (conditions apply)

10% Advanced Purchase
Bookings must be pre-paid at the time of booking with your credit card.
By confirming your reservation you agree that the entire accommodation amount will be charged to your credit card.
Changes cannot be made to Advanced Purchase bookings. In the event of cancellation, full or partial refunds are not available.
This rate may not be booked less then three days prior to the date of arrival.
Childrens Bed and Breakfast
There is no charge for children under 5 sharing thair parents room, children aged between 5-16 years sharing their parents room will be charged @ £25.00 per night for bed and breakfast. Children in an aditional room (upto two children 0-16) will be charged £50.00 for bed and breakfast.
Reservations
May be made by phone and guaranteed with a credit card or by letter with a deposit cheque for £20.00.
Rooms
All our bedrooms are non smoking.
Rooms will be available from 3.00pm on day of arrival (earlier by prior arrangement) Guests are requested to vacate rooms by 10.30am on the day of departure. regretfully pets are not allowed in the hotel with the exception of dogs for the disabled. We do have family rooms and ground floor rooms wide enough to accommodate wheel chairs. Enquiries are welcome for group accommodation.
Cancellations (not Advanced Purchase)
Are accepted 24 hours prior to the date of arrival. If cancelled by 3:00pm one day before arrival, no fee will be charged, if later than 3:00pm or a no show, the first night will be charge. Please telephone any cancellation and then confirm either by letter, fax or email quoting your cancellation reference number.
